1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Digital Domination services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services Description
Digital Domination provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising management
- Social media marketing and management
- Content marketing and creation
- Website design and development
- Analytics and performance reporting
3. Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond promptly to requests for information or approvals
- Pay all fees according to the agreed schedule
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in any activities that could harm our reputation
- Provide necessary access credentials and permissions
4. Payment Terms
Billing: Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Payment Due: Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date.
Late Fees: A 1.5% monthly service charge applies to overdue accounts.
Suspension: Services may be suspended for accounts 30+ days overdue.
Accepted Methods: Credit cards, ACH transfers, and approved payment platforms.
5. Performance and Results
While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or performance metrics. Digital marketing results depend on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, and algorithm changes.
We provide regular reporting and maintain transparency about campaign performance and recommended optimizations.
6. Intellectual Property
Client Content: You retain ownership of your existing content and materials.
Created Content: Content created by us becomes your property upon full payment.
Our Methods: Our proprietary methods, processes, and tools remain our intellectual property.
Third-Party: All third-party materials are used in compliance with applicable licenses.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of our professional relationship. This includes client data, strategies, and proprietary information.
8. Termination
By Client: 30 days written notice required for ongoing services.
By Us: We may terminate with 30 days notice or immediately for breach of terms.
Effect: Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
Data: We will provide final reports and transfer assets as agreed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
