    We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our monthly service packages. If you're not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, we'll work to make it right or provide a full refund.

    Quick Processing

    Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 1-2 billing cycles.

    1. Eligible Services

    Refunds are available for the following services:

    • Monthly Service Packages: SEO, PPC Management, Social Media Marketing
    • One-time Setup Fees: Website builds, initial campaign setups
    • Consulting Services: Strategy sessions and audits
    • Training Programs: Digital marketing courses and workshops

    2. Refund Conditions

    Monthly Services

    • Request must be made within 30 days of service commencement
    • No work must have been performed beyond initial setup
    • Client must provide specific reasons for dissatisfaction
    • Refund covers current month's fees only

    Project-Based Work

    • Refunds prorated based on work completed
    • Request must be made before 50% of project completion
    • Deliverables already provided may not be eligible for refund
    • Custom work and completed assets remain client property

    Ad Spend and Third-Party Costs

    • Advertising budgets paid to platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) are non-refundable
    • Third-party tool subscriptions and software licenses are non-refundable
    • Only our management fees are eligible for refund

    3. Non-Refundable Items

    The following are not eligible for refunds:

    • Services performed more than 30 days ago
    • Completed deliverables (websites, campaigns, content)
    • Third-party advertising spend and platform fees
    • Domain registrations and hosting fees
    • Breach of contract by client
    • Services terminated due to client non-compliance
